Ex-supervisor of Ethiopia's infamous Jail Ogaden captured


The previous leader of an infamous Ethiopian jail has been captured and is relied upon to confront preliminary.


Hassan Ismail Ibrahim, otherwise called Hassan Dhere, was captured in neighboring Somalia in a town where he had been concealing, after a tip-off.
